Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials you provide when creating an account.

Third-Party Connection Data: Access tokens and limited account details from Intuit/QuickBooks that you authorize.

Usage Data: Basic analytics and error logs about how you use the App (non-sensitive).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App.
• Authenticate you and authorize access to QuickBooks data.
• Improve our services and troubleshoot issues.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who host and support the App (e.g., Vercel).
• Intuit/QuickBooks, strictly as authorized by you.
• As required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store data in a SQLite database hosted on Vercel infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restrict access to sensitive credentials.

Tokens: OAuth tokens for QuickBooks are stored securely and only used to communicate with QuickBooks on your behalf.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to or deletion of your personal information.
• Revoke the App’s access to your QuickBooks data at any time.
• Delete your account by contacting admin@tayanderson.com.

6. Cookies

The App uses cookies and local storage for session management.

7. Minor’s Privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18 (or applicable age).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above or by email.
