End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Branch2Books End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: 9/12/2025
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Branch2Books (the “App”), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your own business purposes in accordance with this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to others.
4. User Accounts & Authentication
You must register for an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Integration with third-party providers (such as Intuit/QuickBooks) is governed by those providers’ terms as well.
5. Data and Third-Party Services
The App may access or store your accounting data from QuickBooks as authorized by you. We are not responsible for any changes to or loss of data originating from QuickBooks or other third-party services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this EULA or applicable laws. You may discontinue use of the App at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois/United States.
10. Changes
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
